I've been to the same Apple store 3 days in a row and I still haven't gotten my iPhone replaced. Guess the only difference is I'm in Canada where they never have iPhones in stock so you must go to the store and order one, then come back another day to get it. They've just managed to screw up my order 3 times in a row. Boy, thats not the same experience I’m having with my iPhone 3G.
