Microsoft’s CEO told analysts in New York that the company sees Apple, as well as Linux and Google, as major competitors in the desktop space. However, he still thinks Apple’s iPhone is no match for Windows Mobile.

On iphone, i can say it is faster, more stable, and uses much less data than safari. It supports tabs and landscape mode. Only problem, is that it does not show the full web like safari, or even opera mini,…its perfect for forums and blogs though, or google mail/reader/etc. For people like me, with limited data plans, its a gift from heaven
