I did some research and became incandescent at the Vodafone attitude. If you knew the stupid things that VF have done for me in switching from O2, you'd wonder how I went so far. But basically, I'm done with Vodafone. They haven't changed. They're arrogant, short-sighted, weighed down by poor processes and can't handle the 'detail' in their corporate strategy. Total 'Fail'. Reading your last comment there I just tried my voicemail button and lo and bhopd it dials voicemail! I'm outraged by this change! o2 didn't say anything about losing VV when moving to the £20/month tariff with data!
