I like to make people aware of iPhone-related things that are interesting, or just good ideas. And the best ideas are often the simplest, like this one.
You must have heard of MillionDollarHomepage.com? And as with everything else, there is eventually an iPhone version. That’s exactly what Adam Friedman has created.
“ [The iPhone version] was really a no-brainer,” said Friedman. “The Million Dollar Homepage had tiny banner ads for just about anything, and you couldn’t find anything on the site. iPhone apps each have their own square icon, but with all the app sites out there, not one had a giant grid of all the icons.”
Genius idea! Here’s a screenshot from my iPhone:
I only recognised a couple of apps out of that grid, Talking Carl and aSleep, so there’s plenty to discover. He’s also allowed advertisers to re-sell their spots once the page has filled up, so it’ll keep on generating revenue.

I think the only question is, how long until he reaches $1m?
